Andriy Hrynchuk, Managing Partner, Attorney-at-Law,
Honorary Consul of the Netherlands in Lviv
Andriy Hrynchuk graduated from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in 2005 and obtained a Master of Laws diploma with honors. While studying at University, he started working as a junior associate at UniverSalus Law firm (Lviv).
In 2006, together with his colleagues, he founded a law firm, which since 2014 has the name “Hrynchuk and Partners law firm”.
Mr. Hrynchuk passed the bar and received a certificate of the right to practice law in 2007 and is currently included in the list of lawyers who are entitled to manage internships in accordance with the legislation on advocacy.
Currently, Mr. Hrynchuk’s practice areas of interest are the support of investment projects, corporate law and corporate structuring, tax disputes, and protection of businesses in its relations with regulatory and law enforcement agencies.

Mr. Hrynchuk combines legal practice with community service. He has been a member of the Committee of Entrepreneurs of Lviv Region since 2007. Committee of Entrepreneurs of Lviv Region is the most famous and effectively operating organization of entrepreneurs in the Western region, which has more than ten years of history. Mr. Hrynchuk has also been a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association since 2010.
Andriy Hrynchuk teaches the course "Legal Aspects of Doing Business" at the Lviv Business School of the Ukrainian Catholic University (LvBS) and is a teacher at the School of Law of the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU Law School).
In 2017, based on the Consular Patent of the King of the Netherlands, Mr. Andriy Hrynchuk was appointed Honorary Consul of the Netherlands in Lviv with a consular district in Western Ukraine (Lviv, Volyn, Ternopil, Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpattia and Chernivtsi oblasts).
Liudmyla Tyshchuk, Partner, Attorney-at-Law
Liudmyla Tyshchuk graduated from the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University and obtained a Master of Laws diploma in 2012.
In 2013, Ms. Tyshchuk joined the team of Hrynchuk and Partners Law firm and in 2016 she passed the bar and received a certificate of the right to practice law in Ukraine.
In 2017, Liudmyla Tyshchuk was promoted to a Partner of a law firm and is now responsible for the legal support of clients’ current business activities, as well as for client’s court disputes.
Liudmyla Tyshchuk has been a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association since 2013. She was elected a member of the Board of the Ukrainian Bar Association branch in the Lviv region for the period of 2016-2017.
